| Ingredients:
4-6 lb. beef in about 1 1/2" cubes (or pork or lamb)
Mix together marinade: 3 tsp. salt pepper 1 clove minced garlic 3/4 c. wine vinegar 1 bay leaf 2 Tbsp. parsley 3 tsp. oregano 3/4 c. vegetable oil 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Marinate meat cubes overnight or longer. Thread on skewers (discard marinade, no basting necessary). Grill over hot coals or broil. |
