Green Beans with Honey-Cashew Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped, salted cashews
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed, cooked tender-crisp, drained

Directions:
1. In large skillet, saute cashews in butter over low heat until lightly browned--about 5 minutes. Add honey and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute longer. 2. Pour cashew sauce over beans and toss until coated; spoon into serving dish and serve immediately.
