Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/3 C lemon juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 T sugar

Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar. Beat egg yolks until VERY THICK, and pale lemon colored to the ribbon stage. Add sw. condensed milk and lemon juice to the egg yolks. Beat until thick. Fold together with the egg whites. Pour into a cooled crumb shell. Freeze.
