I haven't tried it with rice milk but it gives you something to fiddle with.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt (substitute rice milk)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 green onion, minced
Directions
Blend all ingredients in bowl, cover and refrigerate. Stir before using.
