Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese
- 12 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the eggs, milk, baking mix, and butter. Mix well. Pour into a buttered 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with the cheese, bacon, and onion. Bake 50 minutes or until set. Serve immediately.
