Cable Car Quiche Recipe

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese
12 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped onion

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the eggs, milk, baking mix, and butter. Mix well. Pour into a buttered 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with the cheese, bacon, and onion. Bake 50 minutes or until set. Serve immediately.
