Ingredients:

2/3 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 cups chopped zucchini
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Mix butter and brown sugar, beat until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla beat well. Add mixed dry ingredients and stir. Add zucchini and nuts. Bake in greased and floured 13 X 9 pan at 350 degree for 30 to 35 min.
