Chinese Oven-Fried Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2T. soy sauce
  • 1T. sherry
  • 1/8t. ground ginger
  • 1/2t. garlic powder
  • 4-6 pork chops
  • seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Spray a non-stick jelly-roll pan with cooking spray. Beat egg, soy, sherry, ginger and garlic powder together. Dip chops in egg mixture, then press into bread crumbs. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes.



We found this recipe 30 years ago when stationed in Taipei, Taiwan.
