To Recondition Popcorn: If popcorn is not properly stored it may lose some of its moisture content. To add the lost moisture, fill a 1 quart jar 3/4 full with popcorn. Add 1 tablespoon water. Cover tightly and shake frequently, about every 5 to 10 minutes, until moisture is absorbed. In two to four days it should be ready for popping.
