Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 tbs. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup instant non-fat dry milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbs. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped unsalted peanuts

Directions

Mix the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, dry milk, salt and sugar together in a bowl. Using your hands, blend until very well mixed, then shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll them in the peanuts. For no longer than a day, store in the refrigerator.
