Ingredients

  • 8" mufaletta sourdough round roll
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 round pieces of Genoa salami
  • 4 slices ham, very thinly sliced
  • marinated sliced black olives
  • onion rings
  • lettuce
  • tomatoe
  • prepared mustard

Directions

Slice mufaletta roll in half. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on bottom half, mozzarella cheese on bottom half, broil until cheese is melted.

Place ham on bottom of roll, salami on top roll, broil until meat is hot.

On bottom layer, spread a layer of olives, onions, lettuce tomato, spread prepared mustard on top

Voila....this is the way we do it!!!!
