BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA Recipe

American Bread

Ingredients:

8" - 12" prepared pizza dough, we use sourdough
Basil pesto
Chicken breast strips or crumbled chicken breasts
BBQ sauce
Jalapeno pepper rings
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Start with a think spread of basil pesto. Arrange chicken strips in pinwheel fashion or if using crumbled breast spread over pizza. In a circular motion, put on bbq sauce, arrange jalapeno pepper slices over top of pizza and finish off with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese. Yummy

If broiling, let cheese melt thoroughly. If baking, bake on 400 degree for 13-15 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
