• 1 sm pkg tatet tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can french cut green beans, drained
  • onion to taste
  • 1 lb hamburger or ground turkey
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded


Saute meat and onion in a saucepan, breaking meat into small pieces. When meat is no longer pink, drain. Add the can of mushroom soup and heat through. In 2 qt. casserole dish, or brownie sized pan, layer the following. Green beans, meat mixture, tater tots and cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.

Fill in the whole top of casserole with the tater tots. There should be no open spaces.
