• 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Melt margarine in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Break eggs and beat well. Add milk alternately with flour to which sugar and salt have been added. Pour batter into sizzling hot pan over melted margarine. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in 400 degree oven. Serve hot with syrup, jelly, or sprinkle with sugar. (I put the pan with the margarine into a 400 degree oven while I prepare the batter.)
