- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 1/4 c low fat butter
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- You may add
Prepare carrots by steaming till tender. In skillet melt butter add brown sugar, and heat till sugar melts and is bubbling.
Add carrots and serve .
To reduce fat add 2 T of orange juice concentrate to sugar and omitt butter.
Add 1/4 c honey to butter instead of brown sugar
Add 1/2 c powdered sugar instead of brown sugar
for a different flavor add 1/4 t ground sugar to glaze
