Ingredients:

  • /3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Directions:
Combine oil, lemon juice and rind, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, rosemary and pepper in a jar with a screw top. Cover jar and shake well to blend; refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors.
