Ingredients

  • 2 cups of beer
  • 2 garlic cloves well smashed
  • 1tsp. horseradish [optional]
  • 1 cup shredded emmental cheese
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup medium white cheddar
  • ground pepper
  • Bread cubes, Broccoli florets, Celery sticks, and any veggies you have on hand

Directions

Place the beer and garlic in a pan on the stove. Bring to a boil for about 3 minutes. Add the three cheeses slowly and stir constantly, add the horseradish if needed, and the pepper.Depending on the cheeses' fat content you may have to either add cheese or beer to make a nice velvetty concoction.

Transfer to your fondue pot and dip with your fondue fork the bread and veggies in the fondue [One at a time]. The real fondue experts do not serve veggies but this way, it is easier on your stomach..And the best part of your fondue is the crust that you will find at the bottom of the pot when everybody is finished.

Bon Appetit!
