Let guests cook these tiny meat balls over a miniature hibachi, while you put final touches on a Hawaiian meal ~

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp MSG(opt)
  • 1/2 tsp Javanese sate spice (or a mix of chili powder and dry mustard)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix the first 6 ingredients lightly. Form mixture into balls the size of marbles. Saute lightly in butter and roll in Parmesan cheese. Insert split bambook stock on long toothpick in each. Toast before eating, over charcoal in minature hibachi. Makes about 3 dozen.
