Frosted Cauliflower Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
1 medium to large cauliflower
1 1/2 cup mayonaise 2/3 cup mustard 1 1/2 cups finely grated cheese paprika
Directions:
trim and boil cauliflower until just done (aldente). Add a bit of milk to water to keep califlower white. Cool cauliflower. Make frosting by mixing mayonaise, mustard and cheese until it is a nice frosting consistency. Frost cooled cauliflower in a pyrex or other oven proof pan, covering entire cauliflower. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in preheated 350 to 380 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, until it is golden brown all over. Even people and children who don't like cauliflower love this dish.
