Cheese Frosted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Paprika
  • Tomato wedges (opt)
  • Parsley (opt)

Directions:
Wash cauliflower; remove leaves, and cut out base. Cook, covered, in boiling, salted water 12-15 minutes or until tender; drain. Place in shallow, ungreased baking pan. Combine mayonnaise and mustard; spread over cauliflower. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes. Top with cheese, and bake 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with tomato and parsley, if desired. 6 servings.
