Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup cold water
1 cup Miracle Whip.
2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp cocoa
ICING
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup milk

Directions:

Mix all cake ingredients together in a large dowl. Pour into greased 13x9x2"cake pan and bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes.

When removed from the oven take a large pronged fork and poke several holes into the cake, all over.(a bbq fork will do)

MEANWHILE:
In a saucepan bring to a boil the icing ingredients except for the vanilla.Remove from the heat and add the vanilla.As soon as you remove the cake and poke holes in it pour the warmed up icing over the top.
