Ingredients:

2 8 oz cream cheese
1 pkg goat cheese
2 tsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
3 tbsp prepared pesto, well drained
1/3 cup roasted red peppers, drained & chopped

Directions:

Line 1 quart casserole dish with plastic wrap.Place cream cheese, goat cheese and garlic in food processor and blend well.Add oil and thyme, blend. Place 1/3 of mixture in casserole dish; layer with pesto, then cheese mixture, then red peppers.Top with remaining cheese mixture, cover and refridgerate.Unmold and remove plastic wrap. Smooth the edges. Serve with crackers or bagel crisps.

You could probably use sun dried tomatoes (moistened of course) instead of roasted peppers...
