Ingredients:

  • 1 or two per person

Directions:
Cover with boiling salted water. Bring to the boiling point and sinner 5 minutes. Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges. Broiled lobster tails: Cook and drain. Cut lengthwise along each side of the membrane and remove it. Bend the tail backward to crack the shell. Put in a shallow baking pan, shell side down. Spread lightly with butter and sprinkle with a few crumbs. Broil about 5 minutes and serve as above.
