| Ingredients:
1 heaping tablespoon sweetened cocoa mix powder(see note)
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder 1 cup milk
Directions:
In a mug, combine cocoa mix and instant coffee. Add milk; stir. Microwave in High (100%)power for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until hot. Stir and serve immediately. Makes 1 (1 cup) serving. To make your own sweetened cocoa mix, combine 1 heaping teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar and a dash of salt. If preferred, the milk can be heated in a saucepan on the stove top (rather than in a microwave), then mixed with other indgredients.
