Crab's salad Recipe

  Mexican Salad

    




Ingredients:
1 can crab meat
5 chopped lettuce leafs
2 pealed and choppedtomatoes
200 grs. chopped olives
lemon juice
olive oil
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1 chopped onion
salt
Tostadas or fried tortillas (or crackers)

Directions:
Combine the chopped ingredients with the crab meat, add lemon, Tabasco and oil. Season and taste. Served cold over tostadas or crackers. Meat may be substitued for tuna, shrimp or cooked beef.

Fresh vegetables and the juices that emulsify with the lemon, make a rich summer plate.
In Mexico, different kinds of ceviche are made. The most common fish salad is done with raw huachinango (red-snapper) which cooks with the lemon juice.
