Snowy Potato Salad Recipe

  American Salad

    




Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes, peeled
1 cup celery, finely chopped
2 tbs. finely chopped onion
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Cook potatoes covered in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and refrigerate until cold. Combine all remaining ingredients. Dice chilled potatoes. Toss with other mixture. Refrigerate at least an hour.

Yield: 6 servings
