• 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can French style green beans, undrained
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. tater tots


Brown ground beef with the onion. Season with salt and pepper. Put in bottom of a casserole dish. Put green beans and their liquid on top of the beef. Spread half of can of soup over beans. Top with tater tots. Spread remaining soup over tater tots.
Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes until tater tots are browned.
