Eggs in Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Potato per person
  • 1 Egg per person

Directions:
Wash each potato (do not peel). Cut off the top of each potato and scoop out the inside, leaving about a 1 cm edge of potato. Crack an egg into the hollowed out potato and replace the top. Wrap in a large piece of foil and place in hot coals. Cooking time varies on how hot the coals are etc.
