Ingredients
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 c. Special K cereal
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butterscotch chips
Directions
Bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until well mixed. Add cereal and mix well. Pat into a buttered 8"x 8" pan.
Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips. Stir until smooth and spread over bars. Cool, then cut into desired size pieces.
