Homemade Kielbasa Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. pork, coarsely ground
  • 1 lb. veal, coarsely ground
  • 1 tbsp. crumbled dried marjoram
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together lightly but thoroughly. Stuff into sausage casings using a sausage-stuffing funnel. Cover the sausage with water and bake in preheated, 350 oven until water has completely evaporated. To serve, fry with onion rings. Makes 4 lbs. sausage.
