Ingredients:

  • 2 Lbs. Chicken Cutlets - Skinless
  • 3 Tbls. Butter
  • 1/4 C. Fresh Basil - Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp. Rosemary
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 3/4 C. Chicken Broth
  • 3/4 C. White Wine, Dry
  • 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 12 Oz. Fresh Mushrooms,sliced
  • 1 Tsp. Tobasco Sauce, Or Franks Hot Sauce To Taste
  • 1/2 C. Olive Oil
  • 1 C. Flour

Directions:
Cut chicken into i inch pieces and flour. Brown in olive oil with 1/2 the garlic. Discard oil and combine the rest of the ingredients and cook in large skillet for about 35 min. Add more wine, if needed but mixture should not be too soupy.
