| Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
Cornmeal 1 pkg.(10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough Topping: 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 large red onion, sliced 1/4 cup Calamata olives, pitted, slivered 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary leaves 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. With cooking spray, grease steel baking sheet; sprinkle with cornmeal. Unroll pizza dough; following directions for thin crust, spread to edges of prepared baking sheet. 2. In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Saute onion 6 to 8 minutes or until tender; stir in olives and rosemary. spread over dough. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. with pizza cutter or kitchen shears, cut focaccia into assorted sizes. Makes 6 servings.
