Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
1 8-oz. pk cream cheese
6 1/2 cups sifted powered sugar 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1 1-oz sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
Directions:
Beat the cheese in electric mixer bowl and gradually add the sugar,beating after each addition to blend well, reserving 1 1/2 cups of it which you will set aside for now. Add the heavy cream, beating on high till creamy. Add the melted chocolate in a steady stream, with the mixer on medium. Add enough of the left over sugar to get the frosting at the proper spreading consistency. Chill 1/2 hour before spreading. If too thick, let it warm up a bit at room temp. |
