• 1# bratwurst
  • 1 12oz can lite beer
  • 1-2 onions sliced
  • 10 black peppercorns


Heat grill. In large saucepan combine all ingred. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer about 10 min. Remove brats and continue simmering onions & peppercorns (until onions are tender).
Immediately put brats on grill, cook 6 - 10 min or until browned turning once. To serve drain onions and serve w/brats on buns.
