Mrs. Biddle's Key Lime Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 14oz can sweetened condesed milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 or 4 oz. key lime juice

Directions:
Combine milk and eggs yolks at low speed. Slowly add juice, mixing until well blended. Pour into 9"" graham cracker pie shell and refrigerate overnight. If preferred pie may be baked at 350 for 8 minutes. Top with cream or meringue.
