I have no idea if this is anything like the Boston Market one, but I like it.

Ingredients

  • 1 package chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 small (250 g) carton cottage cheese
  • seasoning (see below)
  • Try one of these seasoning combinations:
  • - 2 t dill weed, 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t pepper, pinch nutmeg
  • - 2 gloves garlic, 1 t Italian seasonings
  • - 1-2 T onion soup mix

Directions

Thaw and thoroughly drain the spinach. Mix with cottage cheese and seasonings. Pour into a cassarole dish, and bake at 350 until hot (about 20-30 minutes). Can also be microwaved.



Very low fat or non-fat, depending on the type of cottage cheese you use.
