Ingredients

  • Corn oil cooking spray
  • 17 graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 T. margarine, melted
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Lightly coate two 9-inch pie pans with corn oil cooking spray. Set aside. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumgs. Combine crumbs, surgar, margarine. Stir in the egg whites to make a slightly dampmixture. Divide mixture between pie pans. Using a sheet of was paper or plastic wrap to keep crumbs from sticking to your fingers, firmly press the crust mixture up the sides and evenly across bottoms of the pans. Bakd for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool completely before filling.
