Martini Medley Recipe

Regular Martini (4-1)
1 1/2 jiggers gin
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
The Dry Martini (8-1)
1 1/2 jiggers gin
1/4 ounce dry vermouth
The Extra-Dry Martini (12-1)
1 1/2 jiggers gin
1 teaspoon dry vermouth

For any version: stir well with shaved ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish as desired with an olive or lemon peel.

(Vermouth has a limited shelf life once opened. Purchase in small bottles to avoid stale martinis.)
