Ingredients

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 (6 oz.)pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Directions

In saucepan combine sugar and syrup; bring just to a boil. Stir in peanut butter. Mix in rice cereal. Press mixture into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together over hot(not boiling) water. Spread evenly over cereal mixture. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Cut into bars.


Makes 4 dozen 2x1-inch bars.
