Ingredients:

In a pie plate, sift together:
1 1/2 C. flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
In a small bowl, beat together:
1/2 C. oil
2 T. milk

Directions:

Pour oil & milk over flour mixture, mix quickly with fork til damp & press into shape of pie plate.

For unfilled pie, prick botttom & sides with fork & bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.

Or fill & cook according to filling directions.
