Impossible Cheeseburger Pie Recipe

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown.Stir in salt and pepper. Spread mixture in a greased 10-inch pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, and Bisquick until smooth. Pour into plate.

Bake 35 minutes. Top with tomatoes, then top tomatoes with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 to 8 minutes before serving.
