Directions:
Crab Cakes: Saute onion in 1/4 cup margarine until tender. Stir in flour until thoroughly blended. Gradually add milk, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until mixture thickens. Add crab meat and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Chill mixture 1-2 hours. Roll into small patties. Combine egg and water. Dip crab cakes in mixture. Dredge in remaining bread crumbs. Pan fry in 1/2 cup margarine, turning only once. Sauce: Combine all ingredients. Whisk to blend. Chill. Serve over hot crab cakes. Serves 4.
