Ingredients:

2 -3 cooked chicken breasts - chopped
1 head cabbage - chopped
1/2 bunch scallions - chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 -2 pkgs. Ramen Noodles - broken up (Oriental or Chicken flavor)
1/2 cup sesame seeds - toasted
Dressing:
3/4 cup olive oil
4 TBSP. red wine vinegar
4 TBSp. white vinegar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
8 tsp. sugar
1 flavor packet from Ramen Noodles

Directions:

Mix all salad ingredients in a very large bowl.

Just before serving, pour dressing over salad.

This salad makes a large amount and is excellent. I have brought it to many parties and is always a hit (even among teenagers!!!)
