Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4cup vegetable oil
  • l/3 cup white sugar
  • l/4 cup molasses or brown sugar
  • 2cups milk
  • l l/2 cups mincemeat
  • 2 l/4 cups all purpose flour
  • l l/4 cups natural bran
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking sodal tsp salt

Directions

l. Beat eggs,oil and sugar.

2. Add molasses,milk and mincemeat and beat together.

3. Blend in dry ingredients.

4. Fill muffin cups and bake at 375 l5-20 mins.


Makes 24 large muffins
