Ingredients

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 C milk
  • 1 C. all purpose flour
  • 1 T. cooking oil

Directions

Combine eggs, milk, flour, oil and 1/4 tsp. salt; beat till well mixed. Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet; remove from heat. Spoon in 2 tablespoons batter; lift & tilt skillet to spread batter. Return to heat; brown on one side only. (Or cook in crepe maker according to manufacturer's directions). Invert over paper towels; remove crepe. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet occasionally.


Makes 18 crepes. Dessert Crepes: Prepare as above except omit salt & add 2 tablespoons sugar.
