Ingredients:

  • 1 pt. half-and-half
  • 2 (8 oz) cartons plain yogurt
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, diced
  • 3 tbps minced fressh dill or 1 tbsp dried whole dillweed
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • Sliced cucumber (optional)
  • Sprigs of fresh dill (optional)

Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring well; chill thoroughly. Stir well; garnish with sliced cucumber and dill sprigs, if desired.

Makes 4 cups.
