Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp coriander/cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Adjust seasonings to taste (you can also make it thinner or thicker by adjusting the amount of lemon juice). It's preferable to refrigerate this for 24 hours before using to allow the flavours to develop.
