Sauerkraut and Pork Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
Middle European Classic
1/2 lb. bacon 1 1/2 lb. pork, cubed 1 sliced apple 3 lb. sauerkraut, drained 2 Tbsp. paprika 1 can beer 1 bay leaf 1 large onion, diced
Directions:
Quick-fry the bacon and pour off half the grease. Add the pork to the bacon, then fry 10 minutes. Place the meat in a roaster and add the rest of the ingredients. Place in a 325 degree F. oven; bake 1 hour. |
