Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. hard salami
  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/4 c. pickle relish
  • 1/3 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

Cut salami into small cubes. Add other ingredients and mix well. Chill. Serve in lettuce cups, if desired.


Makes 4 servings.
