Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. hard salami
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. pickle relish
- 1/3 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions
Cut salami into small cubes. Add other ingredients and mix well. Chill. Serve in lettuce cups, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
