Roast Duck Recipe

Ingredients:
1 5-6 lb duck, thawed
1 medium apple
1 medium onion

Directions:
Rinse thawed duck inside and out. Place apple and onion in the cavity of bird. Tie legs so that apple and onion stay in bird. Roast at 350 degrees in large roasting pan on a rack for approximately 2 to 3 hours until meat falls off bones. Occasionally drain fat from pan as duck cooks.
