Spinach Souffle Quiche Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
1 pkg. Stouffers Spinach Souffle - thawed
2 eggs - slightly beaten 3 Tbs. milk 1 tsp. white onion - finely chopped 1/2 cup canned sliced mushrooms - well drained 3/4 cup Italian sausage - casing removed, cooked and crumbled 3/4 cup Swiss cheese - grated 1 9" unbaked pie shell
Directions:
In large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients in order given. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400F for 35-45 minutes (or until set). Enjoy. NOTE: The amount of onion, mushroom, sausage and/or cheese may be increased or decreased according to personal taste. Also, if you do increase the volume, you may want to use a deep dish pie shell, in which case the cooking time will increase.
